FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about consultations and how the practice works.

How does a consultation work?

Submit a consultation request or call the office. You will be contacted to confirm the details of your concern, the consultation fee, and a schedule. Consultations can be held in person, by phone, or by video call.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Bring a valid ID and copies of any documents related to your concern, such as contracts, titles, notices, letters, or court papers. A short written timeline of events is also very helpful.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultation fees depend on the nature of the matter. The fee is confirmed with you before any consultation is scheduled.

What types of cases do you handle?

Matters handled include real estate transactions, family law, recognition of foreign divorces, wills and succession, extrajudicial settlement of estates, and notarial services. If your concern falls outside the practice, you may be referred to another lawyer where appropriate.

Do you accept clients outside the city?

Yes. The office is based in Bacolod City, and clients from other areas are accepted where the matter can be handled practically. Online consultations are available.

How can I contact you?

You can call 0961 860 0630, email atty.neska@gmail.com, or use the consultation form on the Contact page.

Is information submitted through the website confidential?

Information you submit is handled with care and in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. However, submitting the form does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Please do not send highly sensitive details or documents until representation is confirmed.

Ready to talk through your concern?

Share a brief, confidential note about your situation. Consultations are available in person in Bacolod City, by phone, or by video.
